About straws

The width of the straw matters more than the colour. A 6 mm straw is the standard size for soft drinks, juices, cocktails and iced coffee. A wider 9 mm straw lets smoothies, milkshakes and frappes come up easily, and the 12 mm straw is wide enough for tapioca pearls, fruit pieces and very thick shakes. Each product page gives the diameter and length, so you can match the straw to the cup.

Our range has four straws: the 6 mm black paper straw (case of 250), the 9 mm red and white striped paper straw (case of 200), the 9 mm natural white straw (case of 200) and the 12 mm black straw with an angled tip (case of 100). Straws are sold by the case, so one case lasts a busy cafe or bar a good while.

What straw sizes do you sell?

Three widths: 6 mm, 9 mm and 12 mm. The 6 mm black paper straw is about 19.7 cm long, the 9 mm straws are about 20 cm long and the 12 mm black straw is about 21 cm long.

Which straw is best for smoothies and milkshakes?

Choose a wider straw. The 9 mm straws (red and white striped, or natural white) and the 12 mm black straw are made for thicker drinks. The 6 mm straw suits thinner drinks such as soft drinks, juices and iced coffee.

How many straws come in a case?

The 6 mm black paper straw comes in a case of 250, the two 9 mm straws in a case of 200 and the 12 mm black straw in a case of 100.

When will my order arrive?
