About hinged salad containers

The six sizes are 250cc, 375cc, 500cc, 750cc, 1000cc and 1250cc. Cases hold 500 of the 250cc, 375cc and 500cc, 400 of the 750cc and 1000cc, and 200 of the 1250cc, so you can buy by the case for a deli counter, a salad bar or a meal-prep kitchen.

Each container is made from clear PET plastic so the food shows, has ribbed sides for strength, and the lid is part of the container, so there is no separate lid to match. The closed containers stack. The cases are marked food safe, recyclable (PET) and freezable. The containers are not leakproof, so they suit salads, pasta, fruit and coleslaw rather than soups or loose sauces.
