Fish and Chip Shop Packaging Guide
Fish and chips has to arrive hot, crisp and not soggy. The packaging is part of that. This is the shopping list most chippies work from, with the sizes we stock.
Fish and chip boxes
Our fish and chip boxes come in 9 inch small, 10 inch medium and 12 inch large, in cases of 100. They hold fish and chips together, keep the heat in and stack on the counter. Choose the sizes to match your portions: small for a child's portion, medium and large for regular and large.
Wrap and greaseproof paper
For traditional wrapped orders, greaseproof sheets and wrapping paper do the job. See wrapping and grease paper, which includes 18x14 and 18x28 inch grease paper sheets and 18x20 and 20x24 inch wrapping paper, and greaseproof paper bags for a portion of chips.
