These birchwood knives are a plastic-free choice for takeaways, cafes, event caterers and school and council kitchens. Each knife is 16.5 cm (6.5 inch) long, cut from natural birch wood with a smooth finish, a rounded tip and a finely serrated edge along the blade.
The serrated edge gives the knife enough bite for the jobs a wooden knife is asked to do: cutting burgers, pies, quiche, cake and cooked vegetables, and spreading butter or sauces. The wide, flat handle is easy to hold, and the light natural colour suits kraft and paper packaging.
