About this product
The 18 x 28 inch (45.7 x 71.1 cm) greaseproof sheet is the full-size sheet in our range, the same width as our 18 x 14 inch sheet but twice the length. It gives plenty of cover for large fish and chips, family orders and bulky parcels, and it lines large serving trays and display counters in one piece. The sheets can also be folded or cut down to the size you need.
Greaseproof paper holds back oil and grease from hot fried food, so use it as the layer next to the food and add newsprint wrapping paper, a box or a bag on the outside. The white paper is around 34-38 gsm and comes stacked in film-wrapped packs that keep the sheets clean and dry.
