Blue centrefeed rolls are the everyday wiping paper for commercial kitchens, cafes, takeaways, school kitchens and workshops. Each of these rolls holds 150 metres of embossed 2-ply blue paper. The long 150 m roll means fewer changes on a busy shift.
Centrefeed means the paper comes from the middle of the roll: take out the cardboard core, then pull the first sheet from the centre. You can fit the rolls in a wall-mounted centrefeed dispenser or simply stand one on a worktop or bench. Blue is the usual colour for kitchen wiping paper because a stray piece is easy to spot against food.
