About this product
The BB3 is a 3 compartment bagasse box measuring 9 x 9 inches, with one large compartment and two smaller ones. A main and two sides travel in one box and stay apart, so rice does not soak up the curry sauce and chips stay away from the salad.
Bagasse is the fibre left over once sugarcane has been pressed for its juice. Moulded into a box, it takes hot, saucy and greasy food and stays firm with a full portion inside. The lid is hinged to the base and clips shut at the front, so there is no loose lid to match up at the counter.
