About this product
The BB2 is a 2 compartment bagasse box measuring 9 x 6 inches, split into a larger and a smaller compartment. Put the main in the bigger side and rice, chips or salad in the other, and they arrive apart.
Bagasse is the fibre left over once sugarcane has been pressed for its juice. Moulded into a box, it takes hot, saucy and greasy food and stays firm with a full portion inside. The lid is hinged to the base and clips shut at the front, so there is no loose lid to match up at the counter.
