About this product
The BB9 is a compact 7x5 bagasse box with one open compartment. It is sized for sides and smaller portions: onion rings, wings, samosas, a side salad, a slice of cake or a kids' meal.
Bagasse is the fibre left over once sugarcane has been pressed for its juice. Moulded into a box, it takes hot, saucy and greasy food and stays firm with a full portion inside. The lid is hinged to the base and clips shut at the front, so there is no loose lid to match up at the counter.
