About this product
The BB6 is a square 6 x 6 inch bagasse burger box, sized for one burger. The square base keeps the burger from sliding about, and the deep hinged lid closes over the top with room for the bun.
Bagasse is the fibre left over once sugarcane has been pressed for its juice. Moulded into a box, it takes hot, saucy and greasy food and stays firm with a full portion inside. The lid is hinged to the base and clips shut at the front, so there is no loose lid to match up at the counter.

The BB6 is sized for the burger on its own. For a burger and fries in one box use the 9 x 9 inch BB1, or pack the fries separately in the 7 x 5 inch BB9.
What is bagasse?
Bagasse is the fibre left after sugarcane has been crushed for its juice. It is pulped and pressed into shape to make firm food boxes that handle hot and greasy food.
Can the box go in the microwave or freezer?
Yes. The box can be used to reheat food in the microwave and can also go in the freezer, which suits meal prep and batch cooking.
