About this product
This is our large catering foil roll for commercial kitchens, cafés, takeaways, school kitchens and caterers. The foil is 45 cm wide, so one sheet covers a large baking tray, roasting tin or gastronorm pan, and there are 75 metres on the roll, which means fewer roll changes on a busy shift.
The 11 micron aluminium foil tears off, folds and shapes easily around food. Use it to wrap sandwiches, joints and baked potatoes, to cover trays in the oven, to line baking tins, or to wrap food for the fridge and freezer. The roll comes in a cardboard dispenser box with a serrated cutting edge, so you can pull out the length you need and tear it off cleanly without scissors.
