Filled baguettes need a bag that is long, narrow and stands up to butter, mayonnaise and dressings. These white greaseproof bags are 35.6 cm (14 inch) long, so a filled half baguette, a sub roll or a panini slides in end first and stays wrapped all the way along.
Greaseproof paper holds back oil and sauce better than plain paper, which keeps the outside of the bag cleaner in the customer's hand and in a carrier bag. The side gusset opens out to make room for generous fillings, and the bags fold flat for storage behind the counter. A small red 'High Quality Greaseproof Bag' and 'Thank You' print near the bottom adds a friendly finish.
