About this product
The 18 x 20 inch (45.7 x 50.8 cm) greaseproof sheet is the middle size in our range: the same width as our 18 x 14 inch and 18 x 28 inch sheets, with enough length to wrap a larger portion without waste. It suits fish and chips, burgers, kebabs and loaded sandwiches, and it lines trays, baskets and display counters. The sheets can also be folded or cut down to the size you need.
Greaseproof paper holds back oil and grease from hot food, so use it as the layer next to the food and add newsprint wrapping paper, a box or a bag on the outside. The white sheets come stacked in film-wrapped packs that keep them clean and dry.

For single portions, the 18 x 14 inch sheet saves cutting. For large portions and big trays, try the 18 x 28 inch sheet.
Questions
How big is an 18 x 20 inch sheet?
Each sheet is 45.7 x 50.8 cm. It is the same width as our 18 x 14 inch and 18 x 28 inch sheets, with a length that sits between the two.
How is the paper sold?
By weight: each pack holds 4 kg of sheets rather than a counted number.
Can I line trays with it?
Yes. One sheet covers a serving tray, a basket or a section of counter, and it can be folded or cut to fit smaller ones.
Which greaseproof sheet size should I choose?
18 x 14 inch for single portions and sandwiches, 18 x 20 inch for larger portions and wrapping, 18 x 28 inch for large portions and big trays, and the long 7.5 x 28 inch sheets for baguettes, subs and other long items.
