The large catering aluminium foil roll is 45 cm wide with 75 m of 11 micron foil, supplied in a cutter box so you can tear off a clean length quickly. It is oven safe and freezer safe, and suits wrapping, covering trays, roasting and freezing. You can buy a single roll or a case of 6, which saves 3% on the single roll price.
Cling film and parchment paper
Catering cling film comes as a large roll, 300 m x 45 cm, and a small roll, 300 m x 30 cm. The parchment paper roll is 45 cm wide and 50 m long, for lining trays and baking. Buy six rolls of the same cling film or parchment and the price drops by 4 percent per roll.
Disposable gloves
Our black nitrile gloves are powder free and come in medium, large and extra large, 100 to a pack. Nitrile is a synthetic rubber. The bulk deal on the product page lowers the cost again when you order ten packs. Order the sizes your team actually wears: a mixed team usually needs more than one size.
Blue roll

Bin bags
There are two heavy duty black bin bags. The large bag is 45.7 x 73.7 x 99.1 cm (18 x 29 x 39 inch) and comes in a case of 200. The extra large compactor sack is 57.2 x 86.4 x 119.4 cm (22.5 x 34 x 47 inch), made for waste compactors and the big bins behind busy kitchens, bars, hotels and schools, in a case of 100. Both are black LDPE with side gussets.
